London — China House, a luxury London house in the Chinese capital, has announced plans to open its doors in April, a few weeks before the summer Olympics.
The luxury London mansion, with an indoor swimming pool and two pools, will be a hub for the Chinese expatriate community in the U.K. The property, located in the former colonial area known as the Black Country, is expected to cost about $15 million.
China House will feature four bedrooms, four baths, and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, with a grand staircase.
It will be the first residence in London, a popular destination for Chinese expats, that will feature two outdoor pools and two indoor pools.
The building will be open to the public during the Olympics.
